Prevail 這張，我覺得這廠牌的歌就這樣，新團都沒什麼動力想聽。後來因為《Stuck in Your
Head》這首就想說聽看看整張吧。他有這場景 pop punk / alternative rock 活力，真的蠻像 Senses Fail
的感覺。曲風算蠻大眾的，感覺改個團名，音樂再油一點，有機會打主流市場。該有的快歌、抒情歌都有。《Alone》就是一個大眾歌曲的典範。
Khonsu《The Xun
Protectorate》這張蠻特別的，整個編曲比較瘋、暴力，像 Thrash 那種，可是氣氛卻很像 death metal。接著聽有 cold
gaze 標籤的 Team Ghost，這混 cold wave 和我一開始聽的這種類型有點差異，聽起來穩重點，還蠻喜歡的。

《156／Silence》這張堪稱最凶猛
melodic beatdown hardcore，我不太懂開頭就像一般的 melodic hardcore，中後方開始變超黑暗沉重，從
melodic hardcore 變 experimental 大混鬥。堪稱今年聽到最詭譎的類型。
但也不算真的很棒的 chaotic hardcore。
我很好奇這次 Blessing a Curse 這次多了 hard rock 標籤是怎麼回事。這張作品又 nu 又有些 oldschool 的玩意，結合在 metalcore 裡面。算是很有特色的 metalcore 團，以地方團來說真的很難能可貴。

Glass Houses 這張作品，讓我找到過去對這種類型（metalcore、post-hardcore）的熱情，編曲上也不是那麼落入俗套，但你能聽出那就是你喜歡的類型，有一丁點氛圍。另外吼腔很像 Telle，
清腔就是好團該有的標準甚至更優於同類型。
低調 MHtF 出 EP，這張空靈但神秘感，比較像 Forevermore 那種。已哭。
沒預料 Atlas 是那種掏心掏肺的 post-hardcore 團，以為是一般那種 metalcore 團，你知道的。有點被他們嚇到。喜歡的嚇到了。

一樣原因不明的堅持聽了
From Ashes to New 這張。有點熟悉但其實沒聽過的團名竟然出 deluxe album。風格類似 One Hundred
那類的團。promo 做得很強，感覺想刻意捧成 nu-metalcore superstar。一個 nu metal 當道 + 現代
alternative rock 結合的聲音。另外不明原因堅持聽的 Immoralist，聽完沒感覺。
不過 Omar Rodriguez-Lopez 的《Nom De Guerre Cabal》就蠻新奇的，結合著 Deftones 奇幻空間感受，不過整個聲音聽起來細碎怪異，蠻有趣的。
update: 這個是 At the Drive-In bassist 的團⋯⋯

To The Wind 難得想 follow 的作品結果覺得聽起來普通。另一個也是想 follow 的團 Sleep On It，特別喜歡《Let Me Go》和《See You Around》。
唔，感覺 Ion Dissonance 好像有也現代化了？
最後晚上邊寫程式，邊聽 Wakrat 到睡著，我覺得他們風格很 nu metal，有些歌蠻像 Disturbed 的。好吧，難道這個部落格要轉型成技術型部落格嗎？

Copy 這張真的好酷喔，ambient + electronic，這種聽起又冷又空間的好東西。
頗好奇 Phinehas 出這張 acoustic EP 會怎麼回事。原來是 melodic hardcore 啊。（？）像《Book of Names (feat. Garrett Russell) 》這首有吼腔就更有張力了。

終於 Dreamshade 不再是只有一首堪聽了。整張作品更新潮，整體上我覺得變更現代也更好聽。《Sleep Alone 》還有 nu metal 刮盤。

Oathbreaker 這張依舊狂暴，但又帶著溫柔，無論是編曲或是女聲，溫柔中反而襯托出有整個音樂有多激烈。雖然很不想跟風，可是這張真的好讚。
Toy Mountains 初聽真的覺得普普，聽到後面又聽了幾輪，覺得還蠻不賴的。兼具 progressive 和emo 過分情緒的部分。超乎我的期待。
Heretic Prayer Bastard Kids 秉持著快短精神，讓人想到那分道揚鑣的 grindcore，但不可否認 crust 還是接納了金屬的玩意。這首超有力《BlackSpeed SuperNova》，喜歡。

一早忘了充電線，試了又試，努力的打算想先聽 Hiazm 和 The Orchestra Of Dead Souls 的 split，不過這個後製真的是糟糕透了⋯⋯聽不下去。
身為 spoken word 死忠愛好者，當然不放過每次看到 spoken word 就聽的機會，有點 chaotic 的 spoken word，聽起來蠻特殊的。

好啦 symphinic deathcore 不是只有 Christian band 在玩，Info Infernus 也是把 symphonic deathcore 玩到很邪惡，跟 Slaughter to ?? 有點類似，可是後者很二。
Voivod 我覺得就是蠻另類的，又有點硬，riff 慢得有些橋段聽起來很龐克，有些部分讓我想到 T.S.O.L.。這時候突然想到 post thrash 標籤，不過這個標籤好像被 groove 用去了。
老天，能在一年最後兩天聽著
Sleep Talk 這張 EP 結束真的是太美好了。當時後在整理錯過的音樂作品時，發現了「Sleep
Talk」，順手找來了聽聽看，原來當時候在 Dreambound 看到《Sorry》這首 MV 有 Hingsight 主唱獻聲。這張 EP
真的是首首編排都觸動我的心，非常令人著迷的作品。也許早點聽，我會把它當做今年最好的 EP 吧。
